GLBC needs you to be a volunteer to serve in different areas. As a body of a church, we want you to practice your gifts to glorify God and edify people. We believed that God will give every Christian certain gift to edify His church. If you are willing to serve in our church, we could help you to find and identify your Spiritual Gift. You are welcome to make arrangement with us for an assessment to help you identify your strength and spiritual gifts.

3 simple steps to begin a new ministry
i) Any GLBC member could propose a new ministry (eg. Business, Care group)
ii) Approved by pastor, the member will be equipped “on the job training” & serve.
iii) The member will begin the ministry (min. 1 year commitment required)
3 simple principles to follow
i) Don’t expect church full time worker to manage your ministry. Be responsible.
ii) Every ministry shall not against church’s statement of faith, value, and pastoral philosophy.
iii) Can not solicited fund.
Some supports would be provided from GLBC to every facilitator / leader for “on job training”, material, advertising, and spiritual support.
We would like you to understand that we are a new church and not a perfect church. We sincerely welcome those who want to help and grow together with us. This is a church that could provide many opportunity and platform for you to grow and to serve our Lord.
